Jersey Shore Summer Rental helps property owners run their own rentals. We’re a set of tools for the owner — not a booking company. A few things worth knowing before you send a request:
You book directly with the owner.
Your reservation, your stay, and any agreement are between you and the property owner. We’re not a party to your booking and we don’t step into it.
We never handle your money.
We don’t collect payments, deposits, or fees. The owner arranges payment with you directly and tells you how they’d like to be paid. If anyone ever asks you to pay us, that’s not right — payment always goes to the owner.
The owner runs the show.
Pricing, availability, house rules, the rental agreement, check-in details, cancellations, and refunds are all set by the owner. Questions about your stay go to them.
We’re not responsible for the rental.
Because we just provide the owner’s tools, we aren’t responsible for the property, the booking, payments, or any dispute. Those are between you and the owner. We provide the software “as is.”
How we use your info.
When you send a request, we pass your name, email, phone, and message to the property owner so they can get back to you — that’s the whole point of the request. We use it to operate the service and don’t sell it. The owner will contact you directly about your booking.
In short: you’re dealing directly with the owner, we don’t take a cut or touch your payment, and we’re here to give owners the tools to host you well.
